Hamasch 5Point Test--Revised (H5PT-R) with additional normative data

Informant Questionnaire for Cognitive Decline in the Elderly

The IQCODE is a short questionnaire which asks the informant about cognitive changes over the previous 10 years. It differs from previous informant scales in attempting to measure change rather than current functioning. The aim of the IQCODE is to have a measure which is not influenced by education and pre-morbid ability. Available in 14 languages.

International Encyclopedia of Rehabilitation

A free, online International Encyclopedia of Rehabilitation is being developed by the Center for International Rehabilitation Research Information & Exchange (CIRRIE). The Encyclopedia now contains over 100 articles with more articles added to it each week. Authors and reviewers represent most regions of the world, making it international in scope. All articles are available in English, with French and Spanish versions available for many articles. For the more technical articles, shorter summaries in less technical language are also provided. The International Encyclopedia of Rehabilitation was supported by a grant from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research of the U.S. Department of Education and developed in cooperation with the Quebec Institute for Physical Rehabilitation.

The Psychogeriatric Assessment Scales (PAS)

The PAS provide an assessment of the clinical changes seen in dementia and depression. Three scales are derived from an interview with the subject (Cognitive Impairment, Depression, Stroke) and three from an interview with an informant (Cognitive Decline, Behaviour Change, Stroke). The PAS is easy to administer and score and can be used by lay interviewers. The scales are suitable for application both in research and in services for the elderly. Free download on website.

Psyncro

Psyncro is a neuropsychological research organization dedicated to the investigation of new treatments for disorders affecting the central nervous system. Psyncro provides services for test validation in Spanish and in Catalan and they organize multicenter studies for that purpose. Psyncro also offers databases of free information on test validation (with publication) and translated tests (without publication).
