INFORMATION SYSTEM TASK FORCE

The Information Systems Task Force was established by the INS Board of Governors at the Honolulu meeting. The task force is charged with exploring various options regarding electronic communication, including on-line publication of a membership directory, listings of funding opportunities, and INSNET, as well as online meeting registration and abstract submissions, among others. The committee will make its final recommendation to the Board of Governors at the Boston INS meeting in February of 1999. Anyone interested in providing suggestions may contact the chair of the committee:

Baltic Psychology Conference - The III International Baltic Psychology Conference meets in Vilnius, Lithuania, June 30-July 3, 1998. The conference program will cover research developments across all major fields of psychology. The program "I consist of plenary sessions, discussion groups on selected topics, workshops and free communication. The conference's working language will be English.
