ANNOUNCEMENTS
INSNET AVAILABLE FREE
If you are not a member of INS or know of a colleague anywhere in the world who might benefit from the newsletter, contact Lidia Artiola for placement on the mailing list.
MEMBERSHIP HELP
Professionals who cannot afford INS membership because of extreme financial hardship should contact the Executive Secretary of INS for information at Tel (614) 263-4200.
INSTITUTIONAL AFFILIATIONS
In an effort to encourage more international colleagues to become members of INS, we drew up a proposal that eases the financial obstacle of membership for persons in developing countries. This was accepted by the INS Governing Board earlier this year. For detailed information, please contact L. Artiola or the INS office.
BOOK & JOURNAL DEPOSITORY
By Bernice Marcopulos
We have made good progress this year towards our goal of obtaining enough neuropsychology books and journals to send to overseas programs with limited financial support. This year we received donations from the following generous persons:
Amy Barr, Jeff Barth, Jason Brandt, Steve Clingerman, Robert Diamond, Jacques Donders, Sylvia Doss, Denise Fiducia, Deborah Gideon, Chris Grote, T. Hart, Jo-Ann Hoeppner, Diane Kampen, Steven Knauts, Andrea Lazosky, Patrick Logue, Bernice Marcopulos, Lorraine McFadden, Carol McLain, David Nyenhuis, F. Sergi, Runa Steenhuis, Jerry Sweet, Cindy Weiner, Kathleen Welsh-Bohmer, Edythe Wiggs, Jill Winegardner
Thanks to our donors, we have sufficient inventory to donate to two or three overseas programs. Presently, we have targeted programs in Eastern Europe, Central Africa, and Latin America.
